Sales Policy
Please read the following sale policy.
~Pick up is in Wall, NJ. We also dropoff or meet up within a 20-30 minute radius free of charge. Farther delivery is a available through a paid delivery service.
PAYMENT:
~We accept a $100 deposit through paypal, venmo, zelle, and cashapp. Cashapp is $bellesbunnyboutique and for the others our email bunnyboutique4@yahoo.com.
~For final payment we accept any of the above or cash.
~Your new bunny must be paid for in full before it leaves.
REFUNDS:
~We guarantee that your new Holland Lop is healthy to the best of our knowledge when it leaves our rabbitry. We provide each rabbit that leaves the rabbitry with a 45 day health guarantee. If a rabbit gets sick within 45 days and a vet documents that it was something on our end (original health of the rabbit, etc.) then we will offer a full refund or replacement. We take pride in making sure you leave with a healthy bunny who is ready for their new family. We do not offer a gender guarantee. Baby bunnies genders can be hard to determine at a very young age, we are more then happy to tell you the gender we have recorded but it is not a guarantee.
HOLDING:
~To reserve a rabbit, you will pay a $100 deposit fee (this is non-refundable). If you cannot pick up your new bunny on the pick up date, then you can pay for the bunny in full and pick up the bunny at any later date. If your bunny is not paid for in full on pickup date, he/she will be relisted and your deposit will be forfeited.
~If you back out of the sale after having a rabbit on hold, the deposit will be forfeited. If we need to ever cancel a sale for any reason, the deposit/payment will be fully refunded.
TRANSPORTATION:
~ Delivery is available for an estimated $2 per mile plus any tolls/fees. Contact us for an exact price.
SUPPLIES:
~ We sell a Full Cage setup with everything you need for $170. We also sell just the food, a 25lb bag will last you months and it is $25. A full suggested supply sheet can be emailed to you!
